When you get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.
This policy applies to everything sold on bookmatic by Konsensus LLC and forms part of our Terms of Service (§10 Credits and §11 Refunds). Where a card purchase is sold to you by a reseller acting as our Merchant of Record, that reseller is named on the checkout page and administers card refunds under this policy.
The short version. Bought a Tier and haven’t used a paid feature yet? Full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. Credits you have not spent? Refundable within 14 days. Credits you already spent on completed processing are not refundable, because the work was done. Email hello@konsensus.net.
If you bought a Tier and have not yet used a paid feature of it — no translation run, no typeset PDF, no export, no published page — we refund it in full within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed.
After you have used a paid feature, the statutory position in §11 of the Terms applies: the service has begun performing, so the automatic right of withdrawal no longer covers what has been delivered. We still read every request — if the product did not do what we said it does, tell us and we will make it right.
If you have not spent any Credits from a purchase, we will reverse that purchase in full within 14 days. Once any Credit from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is not reversible — the processing it paid for has already been done. Credits already consumed by completed processing are not refundable: the processing ran, and it cost us what it cost. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for a digital service, without giving a reason. At checkout you are asked to consent to performance beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you lose that right once performance has begun — that is what unlocks instant access. Where performance has not begun, the full 14-day right remains. This policy does not limit your mandatory statutory rights, and you do not have to use our voluntary policy above if the statutory one suits you better.
You may use this form to withdraw, but you do not have to — any clear statement works. Copy it into an email to hello@konsensus.net.
To Konsensus LLC, c/o Próspera Employment Solutions LLC, Beta Building, Oficina 6, Próspera ZEDE, St. John's Bay, Islas de la Bahía 34101, Honduras — hello@konsensus.net I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: Ordered on: ______________ Order number / paying email: ______________ Name: ______________ Address: ______________ Signature (only if sent on paper): ______________ Date: ______________
We acknowledge a withdrawal without delay and reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you.
Email hello@konsensus.net from the address on your account, with your order number or the email address you paid with. No form, no template required — a sentence is enough. For a card purchase you may also contact the payment provider named on your receipt directly.
If something is wrong, email us and we will sort it out. Your statutory rights and the payment provider’s own buyer protection remain open to you either way. If a payment is charged back, the account goes on hold while it is reviewed — credits cannot be spent or bought until the hold is lifted, and one email to hello@konsensus.net starts that.
